Snowflake and Collibra User Roles
I’m currently exploring how user roles/permissions in Collibra and Snowflake can influence each other and would love to hear your experiences if you currently use both tools.
Specifically, I’m curious about:
- How have you leveraged user roles in Collibra for the user roles in Snowflake, or vice versa?
- What best practices have you found effective in managing user accounts across both platforms?
- Are there any challenges you’ve faced in user account management that you think others should be aware of?

·1 year agoHi @melisa_jackson_1 , we are also using Collibra and Snowflake (and also Power BI). Snowflake is the tool, where our Data Engineers build data products.
We did not ask ourselves these questions (which you mentioned).
So I am curious about other Collibra & Snowflake customers, what they would answer.
