Issues with quick rule for Having greater than 1

Any one recently used used this OOTB rule - Having_Count_Greater_Than_One?

it showing me an invalid error in 2022.02… no error in 2022.01 though.

I ran the rule two ways

in freeform without selecting it from the dropdown
this one worked but i made sure to break out the dataset with the @ symbol

2… using the quick rule button
this one broke with a simliar exception
but i noticed the command did not @datset as the successful run

Curious if this could be an issue in the quick rule insertion of dataset?
