Community Specific Dashboard

Is there a method to create community specific barcharts on a dashboard? When someone from the finance community signs on, the bar chart should reflect only Finance-related assets. Similar for HR, etc. Im trying to avoid creating 20 different dashboards, with unique filters for each bar chart to be community specific!
