Getting error while ingestion the sales force metadata.

Hi All,

We are trying to ingest sales force metadata to Collibra Application via job server user JDBC driver. When we executed the driver it is connecting and we are be see the job running status in the activities and in few minutes we are getting error message as

Message

Procedure Manager encountered an error. Check DGC logs for more information. Procedure [‘Ingestion/profiling for testsales’,‘5e0b87c0-f45f-4f9f-acdd-cba3ee6a2ef6’,‘INITIALIZING’] will be halted.

We fixed the issue, by stopping the DGC, and console and in the job server we stopped the Console & agent. Restarted everything and tested for salesforce metadata ingestion and it work out for us.

@collibrasupport-l2.lseg.com, If you haven’t already, this would be a good candidate for submission to our Support Portal as we would need to look at dgc logs and jobserver logs . When submitting, I would reference the URL of this thread.
