Hiding "technical" workflows defined on the asset level
Hello everyone,
I would like to know if someone can help me with a topic.
I have several workflows that should only be executed when triggered by their start events (for example asset creation/asset removal). As their scope is defined as “Applied to Asset” , their execution button is appearing on the assets of the related Asset Type. I would like for this button to not apear. Has anyone found a way of doing this? Or is it just not possible??

You can uncheck this setting in the respective workflow page.->>“Any signed in user can start the workflow” and assign a role to the “start workflow” section.
In this way only a particular role would see the workflow and it won’t be seen by all users.
PS: Be careful in choosing a role.

The idea would be for the workflow button to not appear to anyone, being only executed automatically, when its start event is executed by a User with one of the roles defined in the “start workflow” section.
