Best Architecture for Deploying Spring Boot Application

I am writing to inquire about the maximum number of Spring Boot applications that can be deployed in one virtual machine (VM). We are currently planning to deploy multiple Spring Boot applications.Could you please provide information on how many Spring Boot applications can be deployed in one VM?what is the best architecture to deploy springboot application?Do we need multile VM for deploy springboot code for dev and Prod?
