Unable to start the Collibra Platform based getting started learning plan for myself and my team

We have registered in Collibra University to go through the Getting Started Learning Path (7 courses, 3 hours) related to Collibra Platform. But we are unable to start this learning plan and getting 403 (Access Denied) error. Is there something we need to do to get started with this course?
