Enable "Checkout Data Basket" Button

Consumers need to checkout the data basket for their analytics purpose, for that what are the required Global Roles or Permissions need to be assigned

Given that a data set in the data basket is in accepted status, assigned an approver, and is appropriately linked to a technology asset, what would prevent the ‘Checkout Data Basket’ command button from appearing? As additional input, the ‘Request Assets Access’ workflow is enabled with process id=“RequestDataSetsAccess”. This is from the perspective of a system administrator. I look forward to advice on how to troubleshoot this issue.

Apparently, view permission on the Business Analysts Community and its Data Usage Registry is required as well.

User require global role “Catalog” to use this feature
