first step in Collibra - how to define data object / data elements / data attributes ... especially for the finance domain

we are starting our journey into Collibra for our finance & procurement domain. We have some doubt regarding the way we should create our glossary. For the ones who have done a financial glossary (accounting, controlling, purchasing, …), is it possible to exchange our views ? Thanks !, Thomas from finance, Air France-KLM group.

I can’t exchange our views but the way we did our glossary is in a federated model. We are a manufacturing company with many different functions and department so acronyms and words can mean different things to different audiences. By having the separation in Collibra, users can see what the word means to the specified audience and allows us to assign other assets on a function or department level as well, like reports.
