How jobserver sends metadata to collibra dgc

Question

Hi Team,

Could you please let me know how the jobserver sends metadata details to collibra DGC ?
Does it call any api to send the details , if yes, is the details encrypted/decrypted while calling the api’s ?
Is there any configurations setting at jobserver/collibra dgc side.

Jobserver and edge use a combination of Public API’s and Private API’s to load the metadata. These are REST API’s and they are encrypted with SSL. The difference between Jobserver and Edge is how sample data is handled. In Edge we don’t store the data in the cloud but it’s held temporarily on the Edge server. There is nothing to configure since it’s built into the protocol.
