Term field in workflow display fullname instead name
Hi,
For my asset “Application” the fullname (which is my application internal unique Id) differs from the name (which is the real name / display name).
On a workflow in a form with a drop down list to select an application, it displays the name of the application once selected.
But in this workflow I have a loop back to this form (a script task to check if all input fields are OK, else it loop back), and when it loops back, the selected value displayed is no more the application name, but the application fullname.
Is it a bug, or am I doing something wrong?
I’ve also highlight this problem, with a small workflow which directly loop to the same form when clicking on the “next” button of the form, so without script task.

Admin4 years ago · Edited@alexandre.bargeton.bnpparibas.com Which version of the Collibra Platform are you using? I ask because we had a similar issue in the past but it was fixed in 2021.03/5.7.8. If you are on 5.7.8 or newer then I would recommend creating a Level 3 ticket in Support - https://support.collibra.com/. I hope this helps.
