Transformations in filters while creating views

Hello all,

I would like to have a transformation logic in the filters while creating views. For example:

Below highlighted “Description” of an asset is “greater than 50 characters” in its length. ((i.e. length > 50)

Or, is there any other out-of-the-box work-around other than validation rules concept.

Thank you for submitting this, and including two clear use cases as to why this is important. As far as I know there is no OotB way to do this, unless by using the validation rules that you mention, and those are at asset level, not attribute/characteristic level.

@noor.shaik there is indeed no such possibility other than validation rules. As for the transformation logic idea, you can add this to our Ideation platform for further review.
