Hi, I'd like to know if some of Collibra users have customised their homepage? Could some of you share what you have done in terms of customisation? And how you did it? The idea is to understand to what extend the homepage can be redesigned... Thanks a lot

Opportunity to participate in UX Research!
Collibra’s Data Quality and User Experience Research teams are conducting research aimed at improving the Collibra Data Quality experience and we are looking for people to participate in the process . If you are a current customer who is not using Data Quality, please read on! Here’s what participation would entail: A 60-minute Zoom session the week of February 3-7, at a time of your choosing During the session, we’ll discuss your work, your use of Collibra, and observe you using a new prototype The session will be recorded for internal use only As a thank you for your time, you would receive 500 Collibra Community points If you’re interested in participating, please sign up here . Is there a way to set a uniform view for Community Overview for all users
We were able to set default views at a domain level. However, we also would want the "Overview" of all communities and sub-communities to show the same columns for all users. Is there a way to do this? Update: I see this is still in IDEATION Phase: Make 'View' configurable on Community Pages | Ideation platform. This Idea was logged way back 2017. Any updates to initialize this?

Why does Collibra update its UI so often?
We've seen the 2024.11 changes in our lower environment and noticed the difference in the search results look. Is this really necessary? We are fairly new in Collibra and still continuing our efforts for user adoption. In fact, we just recreated our training materials based on the changes in the UI in the past months. Seeing the frequent changes can be confusing and frustrating especially for new users. Is there a way to opt out on these UI changes?

Determine Users with pending action on Voting Sub Process
Hi, In the previous UI, you could see the Users that had pending actions on a voting sub process (within the workflow instances). In the new UI, if there is more than one User outstanding, it does not tell you who the Users are (just the number of Users). Am I doing something wrong? Unfortunately I cannot upload screen shows

Collibra Landing Page
Hi all, With the new UI, my users automatically land on the new OOTB landing page, when logging into Collibra. However, I want them to land on our custom html dashboard. Furthermore, they should also lang on this custom dashboard when clicking the Collibra icon on the top left corner. How can I make this happen? Thank you in advance!
