Assigning responsibility while proposing an asset

I am trying to edit an out of the box workflow which basically takes user as an input and assign ‘Owner’ role.
Although i am able to successfully pick the user and responsibility in the form. When i actually go to the asset created, I see no difference in responsibility section.

Did you create the groovy script to actually do something with the form input?
Collibra workflows always require that you edit the form + script to perform any action, just editing the form is not enough.

In your case, it should look something like

import com.collibra.dgc.core.api.model.ResourceType

	.resourceId(asset.id)
