Reference Data Management

Has anyone discovered a way to categorize attributes? For instance, I want to identify certain Data Set attributes as being "security" related, while others are "HR" or "Finance" related.  Using tags doesnt work as anyone can create their own tags which makes searching virtually impossible. T

Hello, We have create a code set and code values for Country using ISO 3166-1. We intend to use a crosswalk for map the code value alpha2 and alpha 3. Within this standard there a predefined Unique Identifier. What is the value to use this identifier ? if yes, how to implement this identifier ? Is
