Hello, does anyone know if we can add tags to the asset's general layout? Right now, I have only seen that tags are visible and can be edited in the "At a glance" sidebar of an asset, and it would be fantastic to make the tags front and center like under an assets description in the general layout.

Do you know if you can get the alias name to export to excel from a view? When I export it is reverting back to the original display name and I want the alias name to export instead. Thanks Catherine

Hi Community! In the Data Product documentation https://productresources.collibra.com/docs/collibra/latest/Content/Assets/DataProducts/co_data-product.htm and the "operating model" chart further down the page, a Data Product Port Asset is exemplary classified as "Table", "Columns", "AI Model", and also "API". (the green box). I can't find anything "API" in our Collibra instance, what is it supposed to be? Do the authors already have some idea up their sleeves? Thank you for any clarification! —Adrian

Has anyone written code they would be willing to share to populate a field in the workflow designer based on the values stored in the attribute? In other words: I have an attribute with about 10 different values (doc, xls, pdf, etc). I have created a form that allows users to pick the value they want to use. Rather than storing the values in collibra AND hard coding them into the form, I figure there has to be a way to read the values from the attribute and place them into the drop down on the form. RIght? thanks

Hello all, We're setting up persona-based dashboards for data stewards, data owners, etc. For this we use the Collibra dashboard widgets to provide information on assets in their community/domain. We're running into problems with filtering relevant assets to the logged in user. Does anyone know if it is possible to filter in the widgets (for example bar chart) to show only assets for which the logged in user has a responsibility? Thanks! Takis

Q1 - Umm, how do you do lineage from a Data Attribute to a Data Attribute? Can we use Data Element targets / sources Data Element or is that for exclusive use by Techlin? I can't see any other OOTB r/ship so assume otherwise a site-specific one will need to be created huh. Q2 - related. How do you do lineage Column to Column when it's manual? If you use DE t/s DE it will be over-written by Techlin unless I assume you load via Edge/custom-lineage.
