Data Marketplace confusion by new users dues to lack of directions on the UI
Hello - We did a test and drove several hundred of our employees to the Data Marketplace as their first entry point into Collibra when promoting our Business Glossary. It did NOT go well. Normally we drop users into a Landing (Dashboard Page) with branding, instructions, helpful links, and other welcome info. Since the Marketplace is so stark and there are NO widgets to communicate what the hell to do when dropped there the test went very badly. How do you send employees to the Marketplace as the "Business Glossary" search interface? Do you use a Dashboard first then have them navigate to the Marketplace? Does anyone know if there will be UI improvements around what the page is for and how to use it for brand new Collibra users that only want to search for terms? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Dynamically show whether the current user has access to a data set
At our company we have a lot of data sets and a lot of users requesting access to these sets. What we do see is that users request access to the same data set more than once. We try to mitigate this by developing a pop up window for the "request asset access" workflow, however, it would be quite neat if we found a way to give this insight to users already when they are looking at the asset page of the data set. The best we can do currently is show the requesters in the at a glance pane (not useful, some datasets are requested over 100 times) or in the "related asset" table; data set is used in. However, this requires an extra step for users, since they need to filter on their own name to check whether they have access already. Are there any bright minds out there who thought of a clever solution to show a dynamic "$current user> already has an active data usage request"-attribute?

Data Certifications
I am looking build various levels of certification for Data Assets within Collibra. I am not necessarily looking for the technical know how, but more so some suggestions around what consists of your certification levels. I’m thinking of going with a tiered approach Gold, Silver, Uncertified. Bronze: with minimal requirements captured. Asset name, Asset description, Asset Owner Silver: All Bronze requirements with additional requirements Gold: All Silver Requirements Uncertified: Has Nothing My conundrum is i want all of the our Enterprise Data Policy to be enforced (If every asset followed policy to a letter would be gold). However to build metrics, and audit reports i’m finding myself having to split the requirements across the different levels of certification. Any thoughts?

QlikView to Collibra Integration
Hello everyone, I’m new to this, can someone please help in understanding where do we install the QlikView integration app? Is it on Job Server? If yes, then what will happen when we migrate to Edge? Since Job Server’s EOL is Sep’24, should we plan installing this integration app directly on Edge? Kindly help in clarifying this. Thanks,
