Onboarding of a new Data Source | your best practice advice needed

does anybody have a process of onboarding a new Data Source for your Data Products?

• Which information do you document in Collibra for a new Data Source?

We currently would like to re-use System asset type for documenting Data Sources for our Data Products in collibra. We alse added Integration Properties tab (to be filled in by Data Engineers later):
